A quote from Ace is good for thirty days. The number on it is provisional until the in-home template, because final measurements come from your installed cabinets rather than an estimate. Installation dates depend on how fast the slab moves through fabrication, and every date is confirmed to you in writing.

The formal terms
Effective July 31, 2026. These govern your use of this site; your project has its own written quote.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of acecountertops.com, published by Ace Countertops, 2260 Elmhurst Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, the phone still works: (630) 403-6095.
2. What this site is
The site describes our products and services, publishes general pricing guidance, and offers tools — including the design studio — for exploring layouts and rough numbers. It exists to inform you and to start a conversation, not to form a contract.
3. Published prices are estimate ranges
Every price, price range, price tier, and estimate published on this site — including anything produced by the design studio or the estimate tools — is a good-faith estimate range, not a binding quote and not an offer. Real projects vary by material, slab, layout, edge, cutouts, tear-out, and site conditions, which is why the real number comes from Section 4.
4. Your quote is individual
A binding price is the written quote we prepare for your specific project after an in-home template. Once templated, that number is firm unless you change the scope of the work. The quote document itself, and any contract you sign with us, governs the project; these site terms do not override it.
5. Site content and ownership
The text, photographs, drawings, and software on this site are Ace Countertops’ own work or material we license or are permitted to use. You may browse it, save it, and share links to it; you may not republish it as your own or use it to market someone else’s business without our permission.
6. Acceptable use
Use the forms to talk to us about real projects. Do not submit someone else’s personal information, flood the forms, probe the server, or interfere with the site working for other people.
7. Accuracy and appearance
We keep the site accurate and correct it when it is not, but stone is photographed, compressed, and shown on your screen — the physical slab decides, not the pixel. Product availability, specifications, and certifications come from our suppliers and can change. Nothing on the site is a warranty; our workmanship warranty is written separately on the <a href="/warranty/">warranty page</a> and in your quote.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site itself — as opposed to a project contract, which carries its own obligations and remedies. Nothing here limits liability that Illinois law does not let us limit.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Illinois.
10. Changes
If these terms change, this page changes first, along with the effective date above. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies.
