What does Ace do with my information?
Ace collects only what a countertop quote and a schedule need — your name, your contact details and your project details — and never sells any of it. Lead records stay on Ace's own systems rather than a third-party marketing platform. The form on the contact page is the only place the site asks for anything.
The plain-English version
- The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the quote form: your name, a way to reach you, and whatever you tell us about your kitchen.
- We use it to respond to you about countertops. That is the whole use case.
- We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
- Want it deleted? Ask, and it is gone.

1. What this policy covers
This policy covers acecountertops.com and the quote and contact forms it serves. It is published by Ace Countertops, 2260 Elmhurst Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the quote or contact form, we collect what you type: your name, the contact details you choose to give (phone number or email address), whatever you tell us about your project, and — if you used the design studio first — the layout and estimate you built. We also record which page the form was on. The site does not require an account, and browsing it does not ask you for any personal information.
3. How we use it
We use your information to respond to you about your countertop project: answering your question, preparing your quote, and scheduling. Submitting the form notifies Ace staff by email so someone follows up. We do not send you automatic email, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
4. Where it lives and how it moves
Your submission is stored in a database on the server that runs this site, and a copy is forwarded to an internal Ace forms service so our staff can follow up. Both live on infrastructure we control. Every connection to this site, and the forward itself, is encrypted in transit with TLS.
5. What we share, and what we never do
We do not sell personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not give it to advertisers or data brokers. It is seen by Ace staff who handle your project, and it resides on the servers of the hosting provider that runs our infrastructure. We would disclose information if the law compelled us to, and that is the complete list.
6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The public site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and carries no advertising pixels. We may use analytics in the future to understand aggregate site usage — how many people read which pages — and if we do, it will not change what personal information this policy says we collect.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your submission for as long as we need it to work with you on your project or to answer you. If you want it deleted, ask — call or text (630) 403-6095 or use the contact form — and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page changes first, along with the effective date above. We will not quietly start doing something this policy says we do not do.
