I called ACE after seeing the add and reviews. I believe John and Mark reached out to me and I explained my project. They assured me that they could help. They listened to what I wanted and the problems I was facing. I then set up a consultation date, and I was explained the process. Emarc Malavoiti was my sales rep. Emarc arrived on time, very pleasent, professional, patient and explained how his time with me would be spent and we moved forward. He explained the company what it has to offer and showed me all the services offered and how it would all work.

So far the process has been exceptional. Listening to my ideas, to signing with Emarc to get my project moving.

Emarc was very helpful, listening, making thoughtful recommendations, providing food for thought ideas, cost saving suggestions, and where to buy items that would enhance my new kitchen. This company was exceptional in every aspect. They protected everything very well. Their work was excellent, and Henry was wonderful and paid attention to every detail meticulously. The cleanup after the job was completed was great.

I specifically asked for a certain color/grain slab and they gave me some discontinued slab. Wouldn’t even let me look at the slab before they fabricated my tops. Then told me I needed to buy another slab of quartz before they would remake the tops. Stay away

My wife and I had not planned on doing any remodeling this year but knew that our 28 year-old home needed to have some improvements done.

We were at (of all things) an RV show and we stopped at a booth that was offering to take our information and they would reach out to contractors in the area that could come by and give us some estimates as to things like kitchen cabinets, countertops, and or flooring.

We started getting estimates from some contractors and we felt that they were extremely overpriced. Their sales pitch was very high-pressure. We were thinking that it was a wrong idea to pursue any home remodeling projects.

Then a wonderful gentleman named Emarc from Ace countertops reached out to us and we felt he seemed very sincere and wanted to let us know what he could do for us with respect to a kitchen countertop. He took one look at our cabinets and told us that we should not replace them, thereby saving us thousands of dollars. He proceeded to give us a reasonable price for a quartz countertop and explained our choices. Emarc told us that several other customers had chosen the same countertop that we liked, and he could give a volume discount to all of the customers that wanted that countertop because it was from the same lot. He ended up giving us a really good price and we decided, not only because of the price, but because of Emarc’s sincerity that we were going to go with his company.

The job was completed within 2 1/2 hours and looks fantastic, as you can see in the photos. Now all we have to do is paint the kitchen and it will look fantastic. We are very satisfied with the results.
